Sarah Heilman, coloratura soprano, has performed operatic roles such as Lauretta in Gianni
Schicchi, Ida in Die Fledermaus, and Berginella in La Périchole. She has performed as a young
artist with the International Vocal Arts Academy in New York City, The Amalfi Coast Music
and Arts Festival in Maiori, Italy, and the Franco-American Vocal Academy in Périgueux,
France. Sarah has been a featured soloist with the North Carolina Master Chorale and the
Vanderbilt University Chorale. Most recently, she performed in the ensemble of Barber’s
Vanessa and scenes from La Traviata (Violetta) and Lakmé (Lakmé) with the Mannes Opera.
Sarah holds a Master of Music degree in opera performance from Mannes School of Music at
The New School. She studies with acclaimed soprano Elizabeth DeTrejo and lives in New York City.
